TSG provides business, operational, technology, implementation and strategic consulting to healthcare practices. TSG does not practice medicine, nursing or any other licensed clinical profession on behalf of clients, and does not direct clinical judgment. TSG does not provide legal advice, tax advice, audit services or licensed accounting services, and does not replace legal counsel, certified public accountants, or licensed billing or credentialing professionals where those services are required. Where specialized services are needed, we help identify what is needed and coordinate with your own advisors.

No Guarantees of Outcome

Payer participation, contracting, reimbursement rates and credentialing approval are determined by payers and regulators, not by TSG. Nothing on this site or in our communications is a promise of enrollment, approval, revenue, patient volume or any other business result.

No Relationship Formed by Use of the Site

Reading this site, subscribing to our notes, submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not create a consulting relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement governs the work, its scope, its fees and its confidentiality terms. Where this page and a signed client agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

Your Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no interference with its operation, no scraping for commercial purposes, and no use of the site to send unlawful or abusive material through our forms.
